"Sentry Summit" is an event brand operated by Third Rail Experience Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Third Rail Experience Group LLC operates the website www.sentrysummit.com (the "Site") and organizes events, conferences, and related programming for the AI compliance industry under the Sentry Summit brand (the "Event(s)"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our Site, register for an Event, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Site or registering for an Event, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• Registration information: details submitted when registering for the Event, applying to speak, sponsoring, or exhibiting

• Payment information: if you purchase tickets, sponsorships, or exhibitor packages, billing details may be collected — typically processed directly by our third-party payment processor rather than stored by us (see Section 4)

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and time spent on the Site

• Process Event registrations, ticketing, sponsorships, and exhibitor applications

• Communicate with you about the Event, including logistics, schedule changes, and speaker updates

• Send marketing communications about future Sentry Summit events and related content (you may opt out at any time)

• Facilitate networking and matchmaking among attendees, speakers, and sponsors, where applicable

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site

• Analyze usage trends and measure the effectiveness of our marketing

• Sponsors and exhibitors: where you opt in (e.g., by visiting a sponsor's booth, scanning a badge, or checking a consent box), limited registration details may be shared with sponsors for follow-up

• Legal and safety purposes: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Sentry Summit, attendees, or others

• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections

 

5. Cookies, Consent and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and show relevant advertising about Sentry Summit on other websites and platforms.

Categories we use

• Essential: required for the Site to work, such as security, load balancing and remembering your consent choices. These are always on.

• Analytics: help us understand how visitors use the Site, for example Google Analytics.

• Marketing and advertising: let our advertising partners measure our campaigns and show Sentry Summit ads to people who have visited the Site.

These partners process data under their own privacy policies. We may also upload hashed email addresses of people who have shared them with us, such as newsletter subscribers, to these platforms to show relevant ads. You can opt out at any time as described below.

How we collect your consent

We use Usercentrics, a consent management platform provided by Usercentrics GmbH, to record and manage your choices.

• Visitors in the EU, UK and other regions outside the United States: we set non-essential cookies only after you click "Accept" or enable them in Settings.

• Visitors in the United States: we may use analytics and advertising cookies unless you opt out. You can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising at any time.

• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of non-essential tracking.
