TERMS OF ATTENDANCE
Last Updated: July 1, 2026
As a registered attendee or participant ("you") in a Sentry Summit event (the "Event"), you agree to these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Agreement") with Third Rail Experience Group LLC ("Company," "Sentry Summit," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the Sentry Summit event brand. If you are completing registration on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have made the attendee or participant aware of this Agreement and that they have accepted these terms and conditions.
Attendee Requirements
Admittance. Your registration entitles you only to admittance to the Event. All other costs associated with your attendance (e.g., travel and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you, and Sentry Summit shall have no liability for such costs.
Use of Likeness. By attending the Event, you grant Sentry Summit the right to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without further approval from or payment to you. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the Sentry Summit website, social media channels, advertising materials, promotional videos, press releases, and future Event marketing.
Event Content. Sentry Summit, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, moderators, venue, and time.
Identification. At check-in, you must provide a form of photo identification for your attendee badge.
Attendee Badge Usage. Attendee badges must be worn at all times in Event areas.
Visa Requirements. It is solely your responsibility to comply with any government visa requirements. Failure to do so does not constitute a basis for a refund.
Prohibited Conduct
Limitations on Use. By registering, you agree not to share, sell, or trade your badge, or transfer your registration to another individual except through the approved transfer process described in "Cancellation, Transfers, and Badge Policy" below. Unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation of your attendance and retention of any payments.
Photography, Recording, and Videotaping. You may not audio or video record Event sessions without Sentry Summit's prior written consent.
Attendance Expectation. You are expected to behave responsibly and treat the Sentry Summit community — including attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and venue personnel — with respect. Sentry Summit reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the credentials of any attendee whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly, harassing, or offensive.
Misuse of Attendee Information. Scraping or collecting attendee contact data for unsolicited outreach (e.g., spam or promotions) is strictly prohibited. Violators may be removed from the Event without refund and may be subject to legal action under applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.
Fees
Payment. Applicable fees are due upon registration. If payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Sentry Summit may refuse to admit you and shall have no resulting liability.
Taxes. Fees may be subject to sales tax, value added tax, or other applicable taxes and duties, which will be charged to you in addition to the listed fees.
No Retroactive Fee Adjustments. Once you have registered, your fees will not be adjusted downward based on any subsequent sponsorship, discount, or other offer.
Discount and Special Rates. Special or discounted rates, where offered, are subject to eligibility requirements determined in Sentry Summit's sole discretion. If you register using a special rate that does not apply to you, you authorize Sentry Summit to charge your payment method for the difference upon notice. Sentry Summit reserves the right to decline any special rate even where eligibility requirements are met.
Discount Codes. Discount codes may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
Cancellation, Transfers, and Badge Policy
Attendee Fees Are Nonrefundable. All ticket and registration fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to change of plans, inability to attend, illness or personal emergency, dissatisfaction with the Event program, changes to the Event agenda or venue, or failure to obtain required travel documentation. We do not offer partial refunds for late arrival, early departure, or attendance at only a portion of the Event, except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Passes. Sentry Summit will provide registered attendees with a pass or credential (e.g., emailed confirmation, badge, or event app link) to attend the Event.
Transfer to a Colleague. While fees are non-refundable, you may transfer your registration to another individual (e.g., a colleague at your company) at no charge, provided that: (a) the request is submitted in writing to info@sentrysummit.com no later than 5 business days before the Event; (b) the new attendee meets any applicable registration eligibility requirements; (c) any difference in applicable ticket pricing is settled prior to the transfer being finalized; and (d) the original registrant's badge/credential is deactivated and reissued to the new attendee. Badges are not transferable in person or on-site without prior written approval. Each registration may be transferred to a colleague one time; additional changes are subject to Sentry Summit's approval in its sole discretion.
Transfer to a Future Event. If you are unable to attend, you may instead apply the full value of your registration fee toward a future Sentry Summit event, subject to: (a) written request submitted no later than 5 business days prior to event; (b) availability of the future event and any applicable price difference, which will be charged or credited as applicable; and (c) use of the credit within 12 months of the original Event date. Credits are not redeemable for cash and, once applied to a future event, are non-transferable to a different individual unless separately approved as a colleague transfer above. Each registration may be converted to a future-event credit one time.
How to Request a Transfer. To request a registration transfer, email info@sentrysummit.com with your original registration confirmation and the requested change. Transfers are not effective until confirmed in writing by Sentry Summit.
No Subsequent Speaker Refunds. Paid attendees who later join the Event as speakers are not entitled to a refund of previously paid attendee fees.
No Conversion to Sponsor or Complimentary Pass. Previously registered paid attendees may not convert their pass to a complimentary or sponsor pass.
Event Postponement or Cancellation. If Sentry Summit postpones or cancels the Event for reasons beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, pandemic, government order, venue unavailability, or other force majeure event), Sentry Summit's sole obligation shall be, at its discretion, to apply your registration fee to a rescheduled event or issue a credit toward a future event, and Sentry Summit shall have no further liability to you, except as required by law.
Fraud and Chargebacks. Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of following this Policy may result in immediate cancellation of your registration and denial of entry, without refund, and may be treated as a breach of this Agreement.
Privacy Policy
Sentry Summit is committed to protecting the privacy of its attendees and participants. Sentry Summit's Privacy Policy is available at www.sentrysummit.com/privacy-policy.
You have the choice to provide or withhold your registration contact information from exhibitors and sponsors at the Event. If you permit an exhibitor or sponsor to scan the barcode or QR code on your Event badge, you are providing opt-in consent for Sentry Summit to share your registration information with that exhibitor or sponsor.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, Event content, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by Sentry Summit or the applicable Event sponsors or speakers. You may not use, reproduce, or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks, trade names, session recordings, or other materials distributed at or in connection with the Event, for any reason, without the prior written permission of Sentry Summit or the applicable rights holder.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property owned or used under license by Sentry Summit, nor does this Agreement grant you any right or license to any other Sentry Summit intellectual property, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Sentry Summit.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Sentry Summit gives no warranties in respect of any aspect of the Event or any materials related thereto or offered at the Event and, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, and merchantability. The Event is provided on an "as-is" basis. Content presented at the Event — including compliance-related discussions, frameworks, or guidance — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional compliance advice. Sentry Summit does not accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Event or any information provided at the Event.
Except as required by law, Sentry Summit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages, or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or in connection with this Agreement.
The maximum aggregate liability of Sentry Summit for any claim in any way connected with or arising from the Event or this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise (including any negligent act or omission), shall be limited to the amount paid by you to Sentry Summit under this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
Sentry Summit's failure to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights. Sentry Summit shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond Sentry Summit's reasonable control. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary for this Agreement to otherwise remain in full force and effect. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable, or sub-licensable by you except with Sentry Summit's prior written consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of Georgia, and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Georgia.
A party that substantially prevails in an action brought under this Agreement is entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. This Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications, and other understandings relating to its subject matter. All modifications must be in a writing signed by both parties, except as otherwise provided herein.
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of this Agreement, and you acknowledge that you have no authority of any kind to bind Sentry Summit in any respect.
